Welcome to my world of sports!  My name is Jayneel Jasapara, and I’ve always believed that success in sports isn’t just about raw talent—it’s about a relentless pursuit of excellence, a mindset shared by my role models: Virat Kohli, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Kobe Bryant. Inspired by their dedication, I’ve channelled my passion into becoming a sports professional who leverages the power of AI and data to redefine the boundaries of the game.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, specializing in Marketing Technology and AI, which I pursued at Deakin University. With three years of experience in the sports industry, including work with reputed sports organizations in Australia, My Vision is clear: to collaborate with top sports professionals and revolutionize the sports sector by using AI and data-driven insights to create smarter, faster, and more exciting sports experiences.

My journey in sports began in India, where I played professionally for 10 years. It’s here that I developed my leadership and teamwork skills, laying the foundation for my analytical abilities. Over the years, I’ve not only enhanced my on-field performance but also brought my expertise to the global stage, working with some reputed sports clubs and organizations in  Australia. I’ve managed and run various sports events, bringing the same level of dedication to these roles as I did to my time as a cricketer. Now, I’m translating that drive into the world of sports analytics to bring new insights to the game.

 My mission is to bring a revolution to the sports industry through AI and data. Just as Virat Kohli adapts his game to the needs of the moment, I aim to adapt cutting-edge technology to enhance every aspect of sports, from player performance to fan engagement. I believe that the future of sports lies in a perfect blend of human intuition and machine intelligence, where data isn’t just numbers, but the strategy behind every play, every match, and every win.

I take inspiration from the disciplined mentality of athletes like Ronaldo, who are never satisfied with “good enough.” My approach is built on the principles of clarity, authenticity, honesty, and consistency.
