Two years ago, I had a dream of studying at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. However, at that time, it seemed like a distant and impossible goal. Questions like “How will I do it?”, “When will I do it?”, and “Is it even possible?” kept coming to my mind. But, despite the uncertainties and doubts, I continued to work hard and keep my dream alive.

Ten days ago, everything finally fell into place. I received a visa, and today, I attended my first day at university. As I walked into the campus, I felt a sense of excitement and gratitude. It was a surreal feeling to be finally living my dream.

My journey to Deakin University has taught me a valuable lesson: when there’s a will, there’s a way. No matter how difficult or impossible something may seem, never give up on your dreams. Keep working hard, stay focused, and trust the timing of your life.

On my first day at Deakin University, I also had the pleasure of meeting my Facebook friend, Shubham. It was a pleasant surprise to see a familiar face in a new place, and it made me feel more at ease.

I am grateful to Deakin University for giving me the opportunity to pursue my dreams and for making my first day memorable. I am excited to see what the future holds and to continue growing and learning at this prestigious institution.

As I conclude my first day, I am reminded that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and a little bit of faith. Dreams do come true, and I am living proof of that.
